Logan Lake is a district municipality in the Southern Interior of British Columbia, Canada. It was founded in the 1960s and 1970s to support copper, molybdenum and other mineral mining operations located south of the town. The Village of Logan Lake was incorporated in November 1970, and was incorporated into a district municipality in June 1983. Postal service from the Logan Lake post office began in August 1971.
