It is a state park so they should follow the best practices for accessibility and ADA. However, their website doesn't comment on it; it would be helpful if they did. From the photos, it looks that paved walkways are between each building in the park as well. But you might want to call them to make sure they meet your needs.

The village is right next to the parking lot. I don't know exactly how long the village itself is. You can stop at each house/building and read about what it was used for. We …

The village is right next to the parking lot. I don't know exactly how long the village itself is. You can stop at each house/building and read about what it was used for. We went off season, so none of the buildings were open except for the visitors center and a building making barrels. Mostly dirt roads. But the walk can be challenging if you go all the way down to the grist mill which is just a building but you have to go down many steps over a covered bridge and then down more stairs. (Which means you have to walk up all those stairs you came down.) if you take your time and enjoy it on a nice day, will definitely take maybe 1+ hours. Fun activity.
