The EU foreign affairs headquarters, the EEAS, and the College of Europe in Bruges were raided on Tuesday by Belgian police. Former EU foreign affairs chief and College of Europe Rector Federica Mogherini as well as other top officials are now in custody as part of a probe into alleged fraud.
Yuri Ushakov said the meeting between Vladimir Putin and Steve Witkoff was "very useful," but that no "compromise option has not yet been found."
European leaders are hoping to bolster the controversial plan, which Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskyy said was forcing his country to choose between "dignity" and a "key partner."
