Epic Games has notched a win in an ongoing legal dispute with Apple, as a result of which Fortnite could return to the U.S. iOS App Store as early as next

The Fortnite maker might return the hit game to the Apple marketplace next week if Apple removes its App Store fees worldwide.

A District Court found that Apple willfully violated the court order in Epic Games v. Apple suit. "Fortnite" will return to the U.S. iOS App Store.
