Baker Hughes on Monday announced a partnership with Frontier Infrastructure to accelerate the development of the latter's large-scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) and power solutions in the United States.

Frontier is leading the development of the Sweetwater Carbon Storage Hub, one of the largest U.S. open-source carbon sequestration assets and encompassing nearly 100K acres in Wyoming, is designed to support industrial emitters across the region and ethanol facilities across the Midwest utilizing its carbon dioxide-by-rail strategy.
