The House is expected to turn to the Trump-backed GOP agenda bill today after the Senate narrowly passed the sweeping domestic policy package yesterday following a marathon overnight session that spanned more than 24 hours and saw votes on dozens of amendments.

Israel has previously accepted versions of a proposal put forward by Steve Witkoff, the White House special envoy, which calls for a roughly two-month cease-fire and the release of about half the living hostages, along with the remains of some others. Talks for a permanent cease-fire would take place during that period.

Conservative Republicans are threatening to sink Donald Trump’s “big, beautiful” bill in the House as GOP leaders scramble to pass it before the 4th of July.
