The Los Angeles Dodgers are calling up center fielder Esteury Ruiz, according to the New York Post's Jon Heyman and The Athletic's Fabian Ardaya.

In a 5–4 win over the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday, Michael A. Taylor attempted to steal third base, colliding with Muncy as the Dodgers’ third baseman applied the tag. Muncy grabbed his left knee upon hitting the dirt and was removed from the contest immediately.
