WNBA players have unanimously approved the new collective bargaining agreement with more than 90% participating in voting over the weekend.

The WNBA Board of Governors unanimously ratified the terms of a new collective bargaining agreement. Now there will be a sprint to the start of the season May 8.

The intense, all-night negotiations over the WNBA’s collective bargaining agreement were new to many on both sides.
