Nickelodeon celebrated the 20th anniversary of Avatar: The Last Airbender with a packed panel at New York Comic Con 2025. The event drew nearly 3,000 fans and featured the original voice cast, co‑creator Bryan Konietzko, and moderator Janet Varney. Avatar: The Last Airbender is rightfully considered one of the best animated action shows of all time, but it’s had some amazing competitors.

A two-hour performance will bring Nickelodeon’s “Avatar: The Last Airbender” to life with visual highlights and favorite moments from all three seasons of the animated TV series along with a live, 18-piece orchestra performing the show's original Emmy-winning score which has been expanded upon for the new tour by composer Jeremy Zuckerman.

Students were welcomed before the concert to attend College Night, an event hosted by Wharton Center Student Marketing Organization (WCSMO). The club is dedicated to “marketing shows and performing arts shows to students,” marketing junior and interim president of WCSMO Jackson Wynne said.
