GREEN BAY -- Packers RB Josh Jacobs, who was questionable on the injury report with a knee injury, is inactive for Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. Rookie WR Matthew Golden, also questionable with a shoulder injury, also is out. DL Lukas Van Ness, who hasn't played since Week 6 vs. Cincinnati due to a foot injury, makes his return.
