Sony’s service page now says “all services are experiencing issues” and that it’s “working to resolve things as soon as possible”. At the time of this update, I’m still experiencing a variety of issues across the whole network.
PlayStation Network is recovering after a widespread outage linked to AWS, but some users still face issues with the PS App, Store, online services.
The PlayStation Network is down this morning as everyone from Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls players to people who just want to log into their accounts face server outages.
Update [Fri 24th Jul 2026, 5:10am]: After a brief outage which knocked almost all PSN features offline, the service is slowly beginning to recover. It looks like Amazon Web Services – which powers a lot of the PSN – had a hiccup earlier today, resulting in widespread issues around the world.
GameSpot may receive revenue from affiliate and advertising partnerships for sharing this content and from purchases through links. Sony’s PlaYStation Network was experiencing network issues today, July 24, but those problems now seem to have been resolved.
