The 49ers were dominant in the red zone back in 2023, leading the NFL by converting over 67 percent of their tries. They’re starting to revitalize that dominance over the past few weeks, getting back into a top red zone team, even as the offense has seen some injuries at quarterback and wide receiver.
Former San Francisco 49ers star running back Frank Gore, who ranks third all-time in NFL history in rushing yards, is one of 26 modern-era semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Jennings will not be suspended, though his actions on Monday night are still subject to a possible fine. Jennings and the 49ers are scheduled to next take the field in Cleveland on Sunday, with a 10 a.m. kickoff on CBS against the Browns.

After Monday's game, a 20-9 49ers win, Jennings chased down Moehrig and struck him with a closed fist. Jennings' actions were retaliatory, with a replay later revealing that Moehrig landed an uppercut to Jennings' groin during the game.
