A scheduled UFC 324 bout between Alexander Hernandez and Michael Johnson has been scrapped following reported betting irregularities.
Paddy Pimblett (23-3 MMA, 7-0 UFC) was the first fighter to the scale for his interim lightweight title fight against Justin Gaethje (26-5 MMA, 9-5 UFC), who ironically was the last fighter to come to the scale during the one-hour window. Pimblett was a pound under at 154; Gaethje was 155 on the nose.
Former interim lightweight and “BMF” titleholder Justin Gaethje has set the record straight on how the UFC's new Paramount deal has affected fighter pay.
Manel Kape (22-7 MMA, 7-3 UFC) scored a first-round TKO of former title challenger Brandon Royval in the UFC on ESPN 73 main event. He called out Van, who issued him a challenge on the UFC Fight Night 267 card Feb. 21 in Houston.
