The powerful Deschutes River is believed to have pulled a group of people on inner tubes over a waterfall, killing at least two people.

Two were killed and one is missing after a group was swept over Oregon's Dillon Falls. The area is known for its hazardous conditions, and authorities continue to search for the third person.
