Angel Reese posted nine points on 4-of-9 shooting and eight rebounds to help lead the Chicago Sky to a 74-69 win on Tuesday in a home preseason battle against the Minnesota Lynx. As usual, Reese did work on the boards, grabbing one on the offensive glass and putting it back home for two in the first quarter.

The Chicago Sky had a talented team last season under head coach Teresa Weatherspoon, but they still fell short of the playoffs. General manager Jeff Pagliocca drafted a stellar duo of Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso in 2024, so he kept his job this season while Weatherspoon was replaced by Tyler Marsh.
