Arthur Kaliyev’s first 10 games with the Rangers have been a mixed bag as the 23-year-old wing tries to find his footing in the middle of a season with a new team.
The New York Rangers have had a consistent lineup that was untouched for weeks, but that all changed during Thursday’s practice. Jonny Brodzinski was seen taking reps on a line with Filip Chytil and Chris Kreider while Arthur Kaliyev was off to the side for a large part of practice.
