The 2025 NFL Pro Bowl begins on Thursday night with the Skills Showdown. Top AFC and NFC players will go head-to-head in satisfying catches, passing the test, relay race, helmet harmony, and dodgeball competitions.
The Detroit Lions will be well-represented at the 2025 Pro Bowl Games in Orlando with six players participating in the event, marking the second straight year Detroit has sent at least five players to the competition.
Six Detroit Lions players, including safety Brian Branch, will compete in the 2024 Pro Bowl Games in Orlando after a successful 15-2 season.
Unfortunately for Detroit Lions safety Brian Branch, dodgeball comes with its own risks, and during the first game Houston's Joe Mixon hit him right in the Pro Bowls. While Branch wasn't actually hurt and was able to laugh about it afterwards, it still makes for an incredibly funny video.

After withdrawing due to injury, left tackle Taylor Decker will step in and travel to Orlando, Florida for this year's annual competition. It will be the veteran's first appearance. This year, Brain Branch and Jahmyr Gibbs earned their first Pro Bowl nominations.

On January 27, the Lions announced that left tackle Taylor Decker would be joining this year's Pro Bowl roster for the NFC.' This will be Decker's first appearance in the Pro Bowl. Unfortunately, it comes at the expense of fellow Lions Penei Sewell, who will miss the event because of an injury.
