The Cincinnati Bengals are utilizing the franchise tag for the second consecutive season on the same player as wide receiver Tee Higgins has been hit with the tag once again. The

Bengals teammate and wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase appeared to also react to the news on Instagram. Chase posted a picture of Joe Burrow giving side-eye to his Instagram stories with a small gif of a man looking at his phone and going "What?" Chase tagged Higgins on the post.

"Now, (the Bengals) have until July 15th. If they can't get a deal done, certainly they could look at trading him," ESPN's Dan Graziano said.

Ja'Marr Chase responded to his teammate Tee Higgins getting franchise-tagged again — with a picture of another teammate.
