We have some good news. The damp pattern of the past several days will give way just in time for one of pro golf's major tournaments in Charlotte, North Carolina, through the weekend.
Torrential rain struck Quail Hollow on Monday at the 2025 PGA Championship, but that didn't stop one Masters champ from getting practice in.
This is entirely due to inclement weather, which started Monday with a forecast calling for rain (99% chance) and storms intermittently throughout the day. Over a half-inch of rain is expected to fall before the evening. Tuesday should see more of the same with an 88% chance of rain and a quarter-inch of rainfall expected.
In a now viral clip, the Masters Champion was seen getting in some putting practice at Quail Hollow in the middle of a heavy rainstorm.
