The Trump administration is set to accept a luxury plane from the Qatari royal family which will be retrofitted and used as Air Force One during his second term, two people familiar with the agreement told CNN.

President Donald Trump reportedly is set to accept a luxury Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet as a gift from the royal family of Qatar during his trip to the Middle East this coming week, and U.S. officials could convert the plane into a potential presidential aircraft.

The New York Times and ABC News reported the plane will be used as Air Force One and later be donated to Trump’s presidential library.
