Westlake Police said a man has now been charged with inducing panic, after video shows the moments he’s seen on his upper-floor balcony, aiming a rifle outside his apartment unit in Crocker Park.

The Pride crosswalk at the intersection of South Taylor and Superior was defaced less than a month ago, and now the alleged vandal has been criminally charged, the City of Cleveland Heights said.

The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a shooting that involved officers and left one dead Wednesday afternoon, according to Cleveland Police Public Information Officer Wilfredo Diaz.
