Bryan Mbeumo has taken another step closer to completing his £71million transfer from Brentford to Manchester United. The Red Devils have been pursuing the player for quite some time as Ruben Amorim looks to overhaul his ailing front line.

The deal comprises an initial £65m fee, to be paid in four instalments, plus a maximum of £6m in potential bonuses.

Bryan Mbeumo is close to becoming Manchester United's third signing of the summer. The forward will join Matheus Cunha and Diego Leon through the door at Old Trafford in a £125million combined outlay.
