A Shelby Township man was found dead Monday at a harbor on Lake St. Clair. Authorities were dispatched to MacRay Harbor, in Harrison Township, at about 2:06 p.m., according to a Macomb County Sheriff's Office press release. Deputies were asked to conduct a welfare check on 77-year-old Ziva Stelkic.

Tom Troupe, a longtime Broadway actor and writer best known for his television appearances in “Star Trek” and “Cheers,” has died. He was 97. Troupe died Sunday, July 20, five days after his birthday in his Beverly Hills, Ca., home from natural causes, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
