South Carolina women's basketball and Dawn Staley beat Texas in the Final Four. Here's an update for the Gamecocks' March Madness bracket.

The Gamecocks opened at +450 on ESPN Bet to win the 2026 women’s NCAA basketball tournament, which put them at the top of the odds board over USC (opening odds: +500) and 2025’s newly-minted champion, UConn (+600). Texas, Notre Dame and LSU opened tied for fourth at +750, while UCLA opened just behind at +850.

The UConn star was named the 2025 Final Four Most Outstanding Player following her 24-point performance in the national championship win over South Carolina. Fudd added 5 rebounds and 3 steals, capping a dominant title game that helped seal the Huskies’ 12th NCAA championship — and first since 2016.
