Monster Hunter Wilds has a huge debut on Steam, but there are some issues that are preventing many players there from enjoying it.

Monster Hunter Wilds is not yet Steam Deck verified. This doesn't mean the game can't be played on the Steam Deck. The "verified" designation is for games that have controller support, support the default resolution of the Steam Deck, no compatibility issues and support the Steam Deck's Proton system.

It only took about 24 hours for someone to create and upload a mod allowing players to edit their character and Palico in Monster Hunter Wilds infinitely. Previously, Capcom revealed that the ability to edit a character or Palico would once again be locked behind an "Edit Voucher" microtransaction.
