Jan 11, 2025 · It seems like most of the LIVE or REPLAYS of Snow sports (Skiing and Snowboarding etc.) are all online and behind paywalls these days. They seem to be only online now. Even a couple of years ago It used to be almost every weekend regular TV had Skiing or Snowboarding on during the Winter at some point in the day.

Jan 23, 2025 · I failed to properly relate this to my skiing above. I do a decent carved turn to one side but the other skids a bit involuntarily. While trying to correct my lower back tweaks a bit. Reading I’ve done says that if your hip has limited mobility, other body parts (like your back) will try to compensate, and it all seems to fit in my case.

I have some low back degenerative issues but since I’ve accidentally discovered an exercise . Laying on my back on the floor using a barbell with roughly 30lbs . Lift the weight from my knees over my head to the floor keeping my arms straight up.
