A side of giraffes we don't often see - two males fighting it out for territorial control in the Masai Mara. Known as "necking", such aggression is usually driven by males asserting their dominance ahead of mating season. The giraffes wildly throw their powerful necks at each other, landing blows to the body, head and neck of their opponent. If you’re lucky enough to spot this unique battle out in the wild, you might also notice a tower of twigas close by, spectating from the sidelines! 📽️ sass
