On October 14, 2025, Annie Lennox sat for a two-hour interview regarding her new — and first — book, “Annie Lennox: Retrospective,” a visual memoir. She was funny (“Everything I say is funny,” she noted when people seemed to laugh appreciatively at her every comment. “I should have been a comedian!”), warm, down to earth and self-effacing. “Were you a good girl growing up?” “Oh, yes, yes.
