Here’s a great idea for Taco Tuesday! This is just a taco salad…. So lettuce, seasoned taco meat, pico or tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, fresh avocado or guacamole, taco sauce (and really any of your favorite taco toppings). My secret ingredient!?? Cottage cheese!!! Trust me. I add it on top of the lettuce, under the meat, and layer all of the other toppings on that!! ITS. SO. GOOD!
