You're going to feel this one in less than 10 reps 😆 Do 10 reps x 3 sets. Exhale when you bring your leg forward, inhale when you move it back. If you see excessive doming at the midline of your stomach during this exercise, you're not ready for this move yet and should strengthen your core with more 'beginner' exercises (left a link for more exercises in the comments!)
