Promotion boom for 36,000 teachers with TSC to recruit 6,000 more

I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent TSC promotion exercise. It appears skewed and lacking in professionalism. The release of the latest promotional interview results has sparked widespread outcry and a sense of despair, particularly among teachers who have served diligently for over 15 years without securing permanent employment under TSC.
