Last week, I visited Oxford Station during the blockade. For seven days, services in and out of Oxford Station were reduced and the passenger footway was closed whilst the new bridge on Botley Road was installed. I know from speaking to local residents just how much disruption the Botley Road closure has caused since 2023.
