One of my favorite recipes is a grilled sandwich. Using my A by AMC grill pan and Audiotherm, I get perfectly toasted golden bread and beautifully grilled vegetables. I like that it gets nice and hot in half the time, and I only had to add a little olive oil and I get the perfect even color.
