I will never not resent the female body for what it puts women through

The Women’s Policy Centre opposes Female Genital Mutilation, a barbaric form of torture inflicted on girls and women. We condemn the First Lady of Sierra Leone for defending such a horrific practice—an example of a woman who is an enemy of her own gender. The British government should not fund a state that promotes this practice against women’s rights.
