Adding details with a stencil is one of my favorite ways to level up a cookie. Here’s how I do it: 1. Start with a fully dry cookie. 2. Place your stencil on top (I secure mine with “Notta” cookies on the sides). 3. Use a scraper to spread toothpaste-consistency royal icing evenly across. 4.
