✨ Hoffman process has been incredible! A really transformative process that among other things has bought all my patterns into the light. All those pesky patterns that no longer serve from the deep trenches of my humanness. There’s been so much integration of my being, so many ah ha moments and I can just feel a deeper knowing and acceptance of myself that’s hard to articulate.
