A 465ft deep hole...with no shallow end...would you swim?! I was lucky to take part in a swim of Rubislaw Quarry - at one point this was the deepest man-made hole in Europe! An awesome place - inside the city of Aberdeen, a real hidden gem. There's plans to build a heritage centre and hopefully hold future events.
